Community response for a woman requiring mental-health support
Muskan Foundation coordinated with the Vijaypur Police to assist a woman found in distress near Gurah Marh and support her safe return to her family. The activity reflects the importance of coordinated, humane response and referral.
Disability certificate distribution camp
A distribution drive was organised at the Foundation’s premises for persons with disabilities. The annual report states that approximately 50 certificates were distributed to help beneficiaries access future entitlements.

Residents and community members participated in an awareness programme on ageism, neglect and different forms of elder abuse. The event emphasised dignity, safety and community responsibility.
Visit by trainee judges and legal-aid representative
A team of trainee judges and the Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel, Samba visited Aashrya to understand its functioning, discuss relevant cases and interact with residents about their wellbeing.
Administrative inspection of Aashrya Senior Citizen Home
Social Welfare Department officials reviewed facilities, records and operations, interacted with residents and issued recommendations for strengthening record-keeping and transparency.

Army officers spent time with residents of Aashrya, promoting companionship, appreciation and stronger community connection.
Medical check-up for Aashrya residents
Residents received health screening that included blood-pressure and blood-sugar checks, along with broader examination to identify conditions requiring treatment or monitoring.
